Terms of Service

1. Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is typically due on or before the day of the shoot. Via direct deposit, if using Pixieset to receive your images you will be charged a travel and services fee and your images will be available for individual purchase to meet your budget needs. 

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide 24hrs notice. Depending on the circumstances, a rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Usage and Copyright: As the photographer, I retain the copyright to the images. However, you will typically receive a license to use the images for personal purposes. Commercial usage may require an additional agreement and all credit when posting on social media must be given to me Cowgirl Captured. 

4. Image Delivery: The final edited images will be delivered digitally within a specified timeframe. The number of images provided may vary depending on the package chosen.

5. Editing and Retouching: Basic editing, such as colour correction and exposure adjustments, is included. Extensive retouching, such as removing blemishes or altering body shapes, will not be done. All shapes and sizes are beautiful. 

6.Editing and Retouching by the client: editing or retouching of images after being provided is not to be done it take extensive time and effort to choose the perfect images, please do not alter them in any way. 

7. Liability: While I take utmost care during the shoot, I cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur. By participating in the session, you assume responsibility for your own safety and the safety of any accompanying individuals.
